Jimmy's Story
Jimmy Harris has been in full-time ministry since 1998, when he and a few families planted a new Church in Post Falls, Idaho.
Real Life Ministries has since planted multiple independent Churches and trained thousands of pastors on how to build a ministry around discipleship. After serving there for 13 years, Jimmy moved to Franklin Tennessee, in 2011 and split time between working at Harpeth Christian Church and helping to develop the Relational Discipleship Network for two years before joining the leadership team at Southall Church.
He has served at Southall for the past 12 years. Jimmy has a deep passion for equipping the Church, coaching pastors, and making disciples of Jesus. Jimmy and his wife Cassi have three sons, and live in Spring Hill just outside Nashville Tennessee. Jimmy has a Masters degree in Counseling Psychology, a Bachelor's in Biblical Studies from Cincinnati Christian University, and 27 years ministry experience.

Personal
Jimmy is married to Cassi Harris with three sons. His sons are Wyatt 12, Fischer 19, and Grayson 23 years old. He resides in Spring Hill, TN, just outside of Nashville. In his free time he loves to paint landscapes, or go fly fishing. He is passionate about the local church, family, and raising up the next generation of disciple-makers.
